Facilities

The department organized a one-day Project Model Contest for Polytechnic students. Delegates from various institutions across Tamil Nadu presented their project models. A total of 477 students from 16 polytechnic colleges participated in the event. The chief guest, Mr. Ayavoo, distributed prizes for the best and outstanding performances.

Transport

TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT A full fledged Transport department functions in the college with buses to provide transport facility to students and staff plying through every nook and corner of Pudukkottai, Trichy and Karaikudi. This service is offered ensuring a hassle-free and safe transportation. The College runs 45 buses for providing transport facility to students from various places in the city. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students.

  • To develop our students versatile we emphasis sports and games with education (academics)
  • Playground and equipment for outdoor and indoor games facilities are available for meeting the enthusiasm of students and faculty
  • We have separate court for table tennis, badminton, throw ball etc
  • We have separate grounds for cricket, football, volleyball and basketball
  • Our students participated and won several prices in many athletic and sports events
Hostel
  • Our institute has magnificently designed separate hostels for boys and girls.
  • Each hostel have all modern facilities, for boarding and other recreational activities.
  • The hostel have their own mess to provide good and hygienic food to the students.
  • The boy’s hostel has the capacity about 200 boys and girl’s hostel can house 100 girls.
  • Each room equipped with bed, a study table, study chair etc..
  • Both hostels have common rooms, gyms, courts and play ground facilities..
  • The hostel provides the students with daily newspaper and various magazines to make them aware of things happening around the world.
Canteen

Monday to Sunday – 7:00am to 9:00am and 11:00am to 12:00 noon (for parents, students or new enrolments).
